4-Ingredient Healthy Pancakes

Hey guys!

I have seen this recipe going around quite a bit, so I wanted to give it a try!  At first I did the 3 ingredient pancakes, but then I found adding rolled oats really helped keep the pancakes together and turn out much nicer.



  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of Bob’s rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla (optional)

Blend all the ingredients together (Works great in a bullet!) Then simply take about 1/4 cup of the mix into a non-stick pan and cook till either side is brown! Honestly the easier recipe ever and healthier than heavy pancakes!


I added some of my fav blueberry syrup, which honestly, I could probably make! I think I will next time for sure 🙂
